Interior demolition of an existing 3-story office building that once contained labs. New work included a 1500kva 4,160V unit substation, 2000A 277/480V service, all new distribution equipment, lab grade HVAC equipment, high end LED lighting throughout the common areas, and a new voice-evac fire alarm system. This was a core/shell project to prep for future lab/pharmaceutical tenants.
