Nearly 2 year Renovation of a 9 story office building into 117 Apartment units. Our Work included all new power distribution, back-up generator, connection of all new HVAC systems. The existing switchgear was replaced with new equipment. All work took place while maintaining the infrastructure for the 1st floor tenant (jewelry dealer).
