Malco Electric worked closely with Schooley Engineering for this 200,000 sq ft design-build cold storage building. The majority of the facility is a -10 degree freezer with a portion of it being -45 degrees. Our work included a 4,000 amp 277/480V service, 4,000 amp generator docking station, LED lighting both inside and out, wiring the state of the art loading dock equipment, 2,500 amp 480V refrigeration rack, 300HP fire pump, complete fire alarm system, and all other misc. power requirements throughout the building.
