Ground up construction of a 130,000 square foot Cold Storage facility for one of our oldest clients. We designed this project with Schooley Engineering and completed all work within a very tight schedule. Our work included a new 4,000amp 480v service, site lighting, interior lighting, connection of all refrigeration/HVAC equipment, and connection of all fruit packing equipment for the owner.
