Complete overhaul of an existing 60,000 square ft industrial building to house the New Jersey Headquarters of Carvana and Drivetime. 50,000 square feet of the facility is a complete vehicle repair center including lifts, paint booths, detailing/photo booth, and washing facility. Our work included a new 1600A 277/480V service, new power distribution, LED high bay lighting, and connection to dozens of pieces of equipment.
