Rob joined Malco Electric in 2014. His background includes owning and operating a successful HVAC company and working for a local utility company. Rob’s task include employee acquisition, payroll/insurance, and scheduling. Rob works closely with Mark to ensure a smooth and safe environment for the company. Rob also runs the HVAC division of Malco. When Rob isn’t working you can find him on a boat or motorcycle.
